Last year, Clover educated over 1,000 young poeple across Kumasi on soft skills and digital wellbeing. We nurture crucial skills for career development such as critical thinking, and communication skills.
According to the World Economic Forum, emotional intelligence and adaptability are vital skills needed for the workforce of tommorrow. However, studies show that poor mental health in youth leads to lower productivity costing the global economy $1 trillion each year.Clover works on instilling these trait early, which prepares the youth for both persoanl and professional success. This aligns with SDG 4 (Quality Education) by promotinh lifelong skills and personal growth.
